I had the honor of co-hosting a bachelorette party for my dear friend Brett last weekend. As her matron of honor, I knew I wanted to go all out and plan a fun girls weekend in Kansas City where we could shop in the plaza and relax in our hotel pool. Throughout the six years I’ve known Brett, we’ve bonded over a shared love of ice cream (her parents own a Dairy Queen!), pedicures and nerdy boys. She didn’t want to be paraded around The Power and Light District, so I put together a cute champagne and whoopie pie buffet in our hotel room. I had a wonderful time celebrating Brett’s upcoming nuptials at her bachelorette party this past weekend. We put together a bubbly bar and whoopie pie bar for all of the girls to snack on while we hung out in our hotel room.
