Another strategic element we incorporated for Alyssa and Jake’s wedding was color consistency. This meticulous process involved precisely matching colors across various design elements utilized throughout the event, including draping, cocktail napkins, table linen, stationery, dance floor decals, cake fondant, and bar accessories. We meticulously balanced colors through design renderings and prototypes to ensure a cohesive and visually pleasing experience in every event space. Additionally, by color-blocking centerpieces with single-bloom arrangements, we harmonized the diverse colors in the dining area, cultivating a serene atmosphere amidst the vibrant palette.

How to implement a BRIGHT color palette with elegance: Part 1️⃣

Crafting a sophisticated event with vibrant, multi-color palettes requires strategic implementation. One effective approach is what we refer to as ‘Palette Progression.’ This involves a deliberate buildup of colors as guests transition through different event spaces. For Alyssa and Jake’s wedding, we began with a refined palette of peachy coral, creamsicle orange, and dusty lavender for the ceremony, gradually introducing magenta during cocktail hour. Finally, we enriched the atmosphere with moody amethyst tones and soft periwinkle in the dark and cozy reception space.
