These bridesmaids gowns from @joannaaugust were stunning against the Aspen mountain backdrop. The perfect mix of blue and mint, this Dream Weaver hue was woven through the whole wedding design. From the invitation suite to the custom chinoiserie murals, we incorporated this gorgeous color to create a cohesive look and feel throughout the entire celebration.⁠

Guests at Maggie + Matthew's wedding enjoyed cocktail hour at the top of Aspen Mountain on Little Nell’s Wedding Deck. Guests were greeted by a floral escort display designed to create a gateway to the most glorious view of the Aspen Highlands. The asymmetrical floral arch created an impactful entrance without impeding the breathtaking view. Custom-made lattices anchored the arch and featured diamond-shaped escort cards with foil-stamped fruit glyphs and hand-lettered seating assignments.⁠ The bar at the edge of the Wedding Deck was wrapped in a custom painted chinoiserie canvas. ⁠⠀

I would have never thought this possible!⁠

When I launched Lovestruck in 2011, I always thought I would be a one woman show (with my talented graphic designer, Allison, helping me out as her side hustle.) Three years in, I was drowning in work, and my sister joined me out of sheer compassion and a desire to see me achieve balance in my life. ⁠
⁠
Flash forward a couple more years, and I brought on the rest of these women pictured here. Most of them started as interns, and I just couldn't let their talent and charisma go, so I created permanent positions for them. ⁠
⁠
This Thanksgiving I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each of them. ⁠
⁠
So as a small thank you: ⁠
- Lindsay (sis): you are the true heart of Lovestruck. You keep Lovestruck operating as I focus on perfecting every single client touchpoint, as I dream about future opportunities, and as I obsess over our clients' wedding designs. You are this business's unsung hero. ⁠

- Shelby: you are one of our newest team members, but your impact has blown me away. You bring such a unique skill set to our team, and I love your enthusiasm for process, your motherly instincts, and your ability to tackle any challenge.⁠

- Peyton: I am so excited to see what your future holds in this industry. Your courage, compassion, and ingenuity are awe-inspiring. ⁠

- Gabi (gaba-gyver): Your industry expertise (and overall life expertise) are beyond appreciated. And your ability to problem solve in the thick of high-intensity production is remarkable.⁠

- Rachael: I feel so lucky to have been able to spend more time with you during our destination productions. Learning about your interests and amazing sense of humor have been a highlight of this wedding season.⁠

Allison: You have been with me since almost Day ONE. Your talent and efficiency are truly one in a million. ⁠You are Lovestruck's secret sauce, and I don't know what I would do without you.⁠

Syd (not pictured): You are one of the kindest humans I have ever met. Your energy is contagious, and we are so fortunate to have you in our work family.⁠

We can't get over this stunning bridal bouquet by @barerootflora.⁠ The mix of colors and textures perfectly embodied the "New Eden" imagery woven through Maggie + Matthew's entire wedding and reception.⁠

Maggie & Matthew chose St. Mary’s Church in Aspen, Colorado for their traditional nuptials. The catholic church underwent major renovation in 2018 in which the church employed architectural specialists from New York to restore the 125 year old building. Muralists artfully filled the sanctuary with ethereal, nature-inspired paintings.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
When asked about the inspiration for the renovation, the local priest described entering the church as “entering the New Eden, the New Paradise with one foot on earth and one foot in Heaven”.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Drawing similarities between this divine visual concept and the things Maggie and Matthew love about Aspen – the harmonious mix of humble, rugged surroundings with breathtaking, otherworldly beauty – we designed their entire wedding celebration around the “New Eden” imagery.⁠⠀
