Custom Proposal
This proposal is based on the current project scope (what has been completed by the family and what is left to be designed, verified, and managed by Lovestruck) as determined by reviewing the current wedding documentation and based on our conversations with Diny and Morgan.

This package includes what you need for a distinguished wedding day, and provides an enjoyable experience you and your guests will never forget.

Covers the time and creative strategy to develop your completely custom and comprehensive design plan.
Planning: $10,000
for up to 200 hours of planning, coordination, and event production

01. | Strategic Planning Process
We do things a little differently in how we approach planning and design. Our orderly process starts with spatial planning, covers design, timeline development, and vendor management, and concludes with a final review to confirm all plans and documentation. Each phase ensures every i is dotted and t is crossed, resulting in a seamless, fun, and personal wedding day.
02. | Custom Project Management
Wedding planning is full of decisions and to-dos, but with us on your team, you’ll feel a sense of ease and relief. Our streamlined project management system keeps you organized and in the know throughout every phase on the planning process. You’ll have unrestricted access to all of your tasks, due dates, documents, and more all in one place.
03. | Detailed Investment Estimate
Expect more than just a simple, one-page Excel spreadsheet with a row of numbers. Instead, we’ll compile a well-rounded, robust, and respectful investment estimate centered around your style and vision. It will include everything from the big-ticket items to the smallest of details so there are no surprises later on.
04. | Personal & Extraordinary Designs
There’s ambiguity in design. Therefore, we don’t take chances. We analyze your likes and dislikes, style, and entertaining preferences. We hone in on your priorities and look through your Pinterest board to find common patterns. And we find inspiration in the minuscule details of your love story to curate a design concept that speaks to you. You can expect a thorough design presentation and to-scale mockups of your event’s layout and custom fabrications – giving you a picture-perfect idea of the overall guest experience.
05. | Logistical Support
Receive our unconditional support from day one. Together, we’ll create timelines, layouts, seating charts, and other essential documents that outline your day. We’ll also handle everything from production schedules to guest management (securing room blocks, concierge services, etc.) Our strategic approach ensures complete organization so that everything runs smoothly.
