As transparency is our core value, we’ll guide you through the first stage of our full-service process to ensure you have a solid event foundation and avoid unwanted surprises and buyers remorse months down the road.
For this partial-planning service: You’ll receive our Design Questionnaire. With your responses and feedback, we’ll schedule your first 90-minute consultation.
Consultation #1 Topics: Venues (capacity, spatial planning opportunities and obstacles, infrastructure, exclusive vendor requirements, venue-driven costs), Event Format, Vendors, Stationery needs, Client priorities and values
After our first consultation, you’ll receive curated venue/vendor recommendations and a comprehensive investment estimate tailored to your specific event needs.
During your second 60-minute consultation, we’ll review the investment estimate and discuss options for investment scaling and optimization.
Should you choose to move forward with our full-service Wedding Planning and Design, this package cost will be credited toward your full-service contract.
